I. MINUTES: were read, corrected and approved.

II. TREASURER'S REPORT: report is included with minutes.

III. RAY'S AGENDA:
1. Ray has talked to the City and we will be paying at the end of the month instead of the first of the month. This way we will have received their money before we have to pay them.

2. Lake Mendicino: Ray will be attending since quite a few members plan to be there.

3. Baby sitting: As of June 30th, the pool will not offer any baby sitting. The mothers will be hiring a baby sitter and doing this privately. The Marlins will have no responsibility for this. Any mothers who wish to have baby sitting will contact the other mothers and set it up with them.

IV. LONG COURSE MEET: Jutta will provide food and water for swimmers on Saturday.

V. SEPTEMBER RELAY MEET: We are considering a relay meet at Joinville for the Fall of 2009. The third Saturday of September seems to be a possiblity. Before we can commit to this meet, we must find a meet director.
