NOTICE: Workouts begin at 5:30am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Come swim in a 6-lane, 25 meters, outdoor heated pool. All workouts are 1 hour in length unless otherwise specified. The head coach coaches all workouts with the exception of evenings and weekends. All workouts accomodate a range of abilities. The 10 AM Tues/Thurs workout is designed for senior swimmers (age 60 and up) and novice swimmers, we concentrate more on stroke instruction in this workout. Occasionally we do special workouts and those will be posted and/or announced when they occur. Interested in doing open water swimming? Ocean swims are available, usually on a weekly basis, at the Breakwater by the harbor in Half Moon Bay. Confirm day and time with Joel Swartz. Yes, the ocean is cold but it is a whole lot of fun (ask Sue Free...no, on second thought, don't ask Sue. She swims in 48 degree water without a wetsuit). Remember, babysitting is available from 9am-1pm to help give you time for a great swim. Visiting the bay area? Masters Swim: $7.50/per swim
